The Regulatory Commission approved several additions and amendments to the decision no. 5, dated 20.11.2020 of the Regulatory Commission “On the approval of the regulation on the organization and functioning of the Electoral Administration Zone Commission”, as amended.

The approved additions and amendments aim to improve and update the provisions of the regulation on the organization and functioning of the Electoral Administration Zone Commissions (ECAZ), including clearer mechanisms for the processes of filing documents, self-declarations of candidates, and procedures for the submission of tasks.

Also, the approved changes and additions aim to address the challenges and issues encountered in past elections, to strengthen the clarity and transparency of procedures, as well as to guarantee a more efficient and reliable electoral administration.
